Rainbow's Reach, an adventure-thriller about a Hawaiian family torn apart when a hard drinking father is driven off by a vengeful mother-in-law for causing his wife's death. It tells the story of his son's flight from an uncle's murderer and his daughter's search for love and acceptance in a strange new environment. Their perilous and colorful journeys through local Honolulu immerse them in the Chinese, Japanese, Caucasian and Filipino cultures.

Emil Kravitz has already killed Abner without obtaining the blocks and chase. Emil, incognito, has joined the bookstore critique group to learn how to decipher Abner's poetic clues. Can the Shermans find the hidden treasure and uncover Emil's real identity before he kills again?
